With the blessing of His Holiness the Metropolitan of Sofia and Bulgarian Patriarch Neophyte, on September 11, 2023 (Monday) at 12 o’clock, His Eminence Bishop Polykarp of Belogradchik – vicar of the Metropolitan of Sofia, will celebrate the consecration of the Orthodox church “All Bulgarian Saints” in the courtyard of the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport.
